Matt is a partner with the law firm of Bryan, Nelson, Schroeder, Castigliola & Banahan in Pascagoula, MS. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, and real estate transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Matt received his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2006. He earned his B.B.A in Banking and Finance from the University of Mississippi in 2002.

Matt is President-Elect of the Kiwanis Club of Pascagoula and was recently selected by the Jackson County Board of Supervisors to serve as its representative on the board of directors for the LaPointe-Krebs Foundation. He serves on the board of the United Way of Jackson and George Counties and is a founding member of EMERGE Pascagoula. He and his wife Sarah, have two children, June and Matthew. They attend Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
